WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

1. Design & Development is a One-Time Fee
The initial build of your website is a one-time investment. This includes discovery, custom design, development, and launch support. Any ongoing support or additional services are separate and optional.

2. Timelines Depend on Communication & Content
Most sites are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on project scope. Timely feedback and providing content (images, copy, branding assets) help keep the timeline on track.

3. You’ll Need to Provide or Approve the Following:

• Logo and brand colors

• Page content and images (or request copywriting support)

• Hosting and domain provider credentials (or we can assist with setup)

• Design preferences or reference sites (optional)

4. Hosting, Domain, SSL & Email Are Separate Costs
These essential components are not included in the design fee but can be handled through us or your own provider:

• Hosting & Domain: We’ll guide setup or manage it for you (platform costs vary).

• SSL Certificate: Required for site security (some hosts provide this free).

• Custom Email Setup: We can help create domain-based emails via Google Workspace or similar (setup + monthly fee).

5. You Own Your Website
Once the project is complete and payment is made, you’ll receive full ownership of your website—including all logins, assets, and access credentials.

6. Post-Launch Support is Optional
We offer a monthly maintenance retainer for clients who want ongoing updates, performance monitoring, bug fixes, and content changes. You can also hire us for one-off updates at an hourly rate.

7. Communication is Key
We value clear and consistent communication. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact available Monday–Friday via email or scheduled calls. Most updates or requests are addressed within 1–2 business days.

8. Flexible, But Strategic
We’ll guide you on what works, but also respect your vision. Our goal is to merge creativity with performance so your website reflects your brand and drives results.

9. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Additional services (like maintenance, email setup, or expanded features) will be quoted separately.

1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. This secures your place in our production schedule and covers the time and resources allocated to discovery, planning, and early-stage design work. This deposit is non-refundable, even if you choose not to move forward.

2. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a project has been completed and delivered—whether or not the client chooses to launch the site—no refunds will be issued. Our work is customized and cannot be resold or reused.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel the project after the deposit but before development begins, you may not owe the remaining balance, but the initial deposit will be retained.

If significant work has already been completed, you may be invoiced for the portion of work beyond the deposit, based on the time and effort already invested.

4. Change Requests

We want you to be happy with your website. Two rounds of revisions are typically included in your package. Additional changes outside of scope or after final approval may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed in advance.

5. Maintenance Retainers

Monthly maintenance retainers may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be provided once a billing cycle has started.
